Welcome to Sight Lines! By accessing and using our inventory management and bill payment platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Sight Lines services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Description
Sight Lines provides cloud-based inventory management and automated bill payment solutions for businesses. Our platform includes real-time tracking, analytics, vendor management, and secure payment processing capabilities.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate and current business information
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Pay subscription fees on time
- Report security breaches immediately
4. Data Security and Privacy
We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your business data. All information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share your data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial subscription only.
6. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for business losses due to service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sight Lines' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain access to export your data for 60 days before permanent deletion.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
